The invited speakers and participating authors are requested to submit a one-page abstract before May 03, 2010. Please note that English is the official language of the Conference.

 (a) Submitted abstracts will be refereed for content and subject matter.

 (b) Authors may indicate their preference of presentation format, ORAL or POSTER. The        program committee following the recommendation of the referee will finally decide.

 (c) Contributors are requested to prepare and submit abstracts electronically in the format of the       sample abstract.

          i) The preferred method is to use the LaTeX template provided.

          ii) For authors using the LaTeX template, it is suggested that their abstract file be               compiled and proofread carefully before submission.

          iii) Author may also submit in .doc format, a template is also provided.

Please submit only one abstract if you expect to register at the Conference.

  Please carefully read the file naming instructions:
  Filename should be either "author's-fullname.tex" or "author's-fullname.doc" and "author's-  fullname.pdf". Note the use of only lower case letter in the file name.
  For LaTeX users, maximum two numbers of figure can be uploaded. File name for the figure(s)   should be "author's-fullname-fig1.eps".
  For MS word user, there is no need for uploading figure files, as the .doc file itself would contain   figure. However, both LaTeX and MS Word user should upload .pdf file.
  Electronic abstract submission would require two steps:
  Step (1): Fill in "abstract-submission-form", submit the "form" and proceed to
  Step (2): "abstract-submission-upload" (it will appear as you click the "submit form" button)
