We have made an agreement with the International Conference Proceedings series of American Institute of Physics (AIP) to publish the proceedings of ICMM-2010 in print and online simultaneously. Only invited and contributed papers would be published.
A paper must be presented in the conference either in oral or poster form to warrant consideration for publication in the proceedings. The presence of the competent author in the poster session will be confirmed by the chairperson(s) of the session. One registered participant can submit only one contributed paper.
Only "peer reviewed" papers would be published. The proceedings papers must comply with the ethical standards as described at http://www.aip.org/pubservs/ethics.html.
Author must carefully follow the instructions for preparing the manuscript. Detailed instructions are
available both as printed booklets and online as a PDF file. Preferred electronic file would be Adobe
Acrobat pdf files. Postcript files and Microsoft Word files would also be accepted. MS Word templates
are also available online at http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/authors.jsp.
Provide black-and-white figures if they should be printed in black-and-white. All color figures will be
printed in black-and-white unless you make a separate arrangement with AIP and pay for color
printing.
Please arrange to send a signed Transfer of Copyright form. Without this, publication process would
be delayed. In addition, authors must submit written permissions from publishers of material to be
reproduced if it has already been published elsewhere.
