Visas
To be obtained from Indian Missions abroad. One should possess a valid National Passport. Visitors are generally required to make an oral identification of their baggage and foreign currency in their possession. Foreign delegates planning to visit Kathmandu ( Nepal ) will require double / multiple entry visa for India and a visa for Nepal .

Languages
English is commonly used in all business transactions; however the main spoken language is Hindi. Official language of the Congress shall be English.

Climate
The climate in the month of November is pleasant ranging from 15 to 20 degrees. The temperature will be pleasant and evenings will be cooler.

Sightseeing
